What if I do not know which package I need?
That is what the discovery call is for. You do not need to diagnose yourself before booking. You explain where you are, and I will tell you which path makes the most sense.
Can I just get a resume?
Yes. Resume Reimagined is the standalone materials package at $697. It includes a resume and LinkedIn rewrite because those two assets need to tell the same story.
What makes this different from a traditional resume writer?
A traditional resume writer may clean up your language. This work goes deeper. We look at scope, patterns, decision making, hidden labor, leadership, business context, and future direction. Then we translate that into positioning the market can understand.
Do you guarantee a job offer?
No. Anyone guaranteeing an offer is selling certainty they cannot control. What I can stand behind is the quality of the work: clearer positioning, stronger materials, sharper stories, better targeting, and a more intentional way to move through the market.
Do you work with people who are still employed?
Yes. Most clients are employed while doing this work. We can build the strategy privately, update materials privately, and decide when or whether LinkedIn needs to change publicly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for select packages. Options can be discussed during the discovery call based on the package and timeline.
What if I start with one package and need more support later?
That is common. Some clients start with Strategy Intensive or Resume Reimagined and later move into Go to Market or P.A.T.H. Forward. If upgrade credit applies, I will tell you clearly before you begin.
Is this only for executives?
No. The best fit is high-capacity professionals whose title does not fully explain their scope. That includes managers, directors, senior individual contributors, project leads, operators, career pivoters, returners, and professionals preparing for advancement.
What if I am burned out and do not have the energy for a full job search?
Then we do not start with a full job search. We start by understanding what your capacity can hold. Sometimes the right first step is clarity. Sometimes it is identity work. Sometimes it is rebuilding materials slowly. Sometimes it is internal advancement instead of external movement.
