Client responsibility

Intellectual property

Frameworks, processes, templates, tools, prompts, dashboards, training materials, and other proprietary resources remain the intellectual property of Erica Rivera Coaching unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client-specific materials may be used by the client for personal professional purposes and may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed.

Payments and cancellations

Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and termination terms are governed by the client’s signed agreement. Website pricing may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erica Rivera Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or services.
